The Leela Residences Redefines The Grandeur of Luxury Living @ Bhartiya City, Bangalore
Am back with another blog post for the week, and this is unlike the other reviews I have encountered so far. This one is a first for me in the branded luxury residences segment. I was invited to experience the gorgeous Parisian style villa @ The Leela Residences located at Bhartiya City, which is set up on a 125-acre integrated city at Thanisandra, Bangalore. It is an urban chic township that has been designed with inclinations of modern-day royalty, and has been termed ‘City of Joy’.
After arriving at The Leela Residences concierge, a short introduction to the management team, we were whisked away to get a sense and feel of the property and its surroundings. It wasn’t just the well manicured lawns, spread across the property and the non pollution, but mainly the silence from the everyday traffic, pure bliss with just the rustling of the trees and lovely breeze that struck a cord with me.
Majority of the area is still under construction, but Niko homes which is their Phase 1 of the projects has been sold out. The apartments range anywhere depending on the formats, priced between Rs 1 Crore for a studio Apartment and over Rs. 5 Crore for a 4 Bedroom residence. These have been designed by some of the top architects and interior designers, along with landscape architects.
The luxury project offers a wide range of spacious homes, from exquisite studio apartments to palatial four-bedroom penthouses. comes with famed Italian Boffi kitchens, sauna in selected types, spacious private decks, luxurious clubhouse bar and lounge, swimming pool with SPA and private gym, chef’s room, library, crèche, private theater, and an array of Leela services such as concierge desk, butler and valet services, chauffeur and limousine on call, in-residence dining, personal fitness trainer, babysitting, housekeeping, botanical service to name a few. Set amidst landscaped terraces and boulevards, the apartments also have customized interior solutions to ensure a relaxed and indulgent living experience.

The Leela Residence have paid attention to detail and have infused modern elements, giving this house a distinct personality, and unique character and bring forth a sense of style and comfort. Over all, it was a lovely way to spend the Saturday afternoon, the highlight of this trip was the foot reflexology, post the tour, followed by a scrumptious lunch served by the Leela Hotel.
