Seafood extravaganza at Pondy

Pondy is home to one of the country's best Seafood.  We decided to check it out and here is how it went.

Starting off , entrees included : Soup - Bisque De Homard or Lobster Broth.

Salad De Fromage Bleu

The first appetizer. Citrus & Herbs ( Prawn and squid cooked in orange, parsley and lemon marination)

The desi touch. Yeravaruval - Masala coated Prawns

The Main Course Had : Lobster Thermindor , a pondy classic.

Some Meen Ginger Curry , Porotta , Ghee rice and Chorizo Bacon organic rice was a party to our taste buds.

To top it off , we had some prawn malai curry to top it off

To sweeten things we had a pick me up, which was tiramisu combined with Indian Rabdi

Ended things with a kickass shot of chocolate souffle.
